Many of you have known us here at Lean Project Consulting, Inc. for a long time. We’ve been supporting your projects and your companies since 1999. We’ve worked on projects throughout the country, and around the world. We’ve helped hundreds of projects effectively implement Last Planner® System, supported dozens of teams with Integrated Project Delivery, and walked with numerous organizations on their lean transformation journeys. It’s been a great privilege and adventure for all of us to see the design and construction industry adopt new philosophies, tools and behaviors as lean thinking has become part of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.
Our company continues to grow and evolve as well, and our new logo reflects more than just a new look. The core focus of our company is unchanged: to dramatically and continuously improve how the built environment is created. We continue to pursue this goal primarily through engagements with you, our clients.
We are also expanding our offerings to provide new ways for you to engage with LeanProject and with the lean construction movement. Those who want to learn and grow will have new opportunities to connect with LeanProject as individuals rather than only as part of broader project- or company-based efforts. Later this year, for the first time, we will begin to offer public lean training sessions open to individual registrants. We will also be forming small cohort groups who will learn and grow together while supporting each other on their personal lean journeys. On March 30-31 of 2017, we will host our first annual LeanProject Users Conference in Phoenix, AZ.
We are excited to bring our experience to the lean design and construction community in new ways. These new offerings are in response to many requests over the years, and we will work hard to make them a valuable part of the lean movement in our industry.
