Rebecca Bettler is an Associate Principal with Lean Project Consulting. Prior to joining LPC in the early fall of 2008, she had 12 years of varied experience working for one of the nation’s largest concrete swimming pool companies. She held multiple positions with the firm including Scheduler, General Manager, NE Regional Manager, Corporate Lean Consultant, Director of Customer Acquisition and a few others. She found her passion in 2006, when she held the position of Corporate Lean Consultant. During this time, Rebecca began learning and teaching others around the country how to view and do their work from a lean perspective. She utilized what she learned and co-created a re-organization plan for the company’s largest division, and was then tasked with implementing and running the division.
Since joining LPC Rebecca has worked with and coached owners, architects, contractors and engineers, led strategic planning sessions, implemented Responsibility-based Project Delivery™, Last Planner® System and various other lean practices. She has co-developed the 10-hour Conducting Good 5-Whys™ and Quick n’ Easy Kaizen for Supervisors courses and has trained them both numerous times. She has been actively learning how to use and train Choosing By Advantages, the sound decisionmaking system. Rebecca is the coauthor of No-Fault Problem-Solving, Responsibility-based Project Delivery, and How to Use A3 Reports on Projects.
