The Leadership Experience is a 1 ½ day conference with a maximum capacity of 40 participants. Through hands-on activities, you will explore your own perceptions about leadership and how you fit into your organization, whether that is a project, a company, or the industry as a whole. You will learn new leadership skills and invent powerful new possibilities for your future as a leader.
This will be an intensive, interactive session, where you will learn alongside other leaders from the industry, with participants representing owners, designers, and contractors, as well as expert coaches from LeanProject. This experience will prepare you for what’s next, and leave you with new, lasting connections with other leaders in the industry.
